From your Face to your Kitchen
If you think that the only benefit of Baking Soda is for keeping your fridge smelling fresh or for that irresistible recipe, think again. Put some Baking Soda to work and try some of my favourite tips!
Uses for YOUR HOME
- Use a damp brush, scrub the grate, then rinse to keep your Bar-Ba-Q grill clean all summer long.
- Hand wash pots & pans. Soak for 10-15 minutes and then watch to food come right off.
- Sprinkle your carpet with baking soda for 15-20 minutes let it sit, then vacuum.
- Coffee or Tea stained mugs, just soak for Soak for 10-15 minutes, scrub and see them sparkle.
- For a minor Grease Fire, pour baking soda on the fire to put out the flames.
- Add a cup of Baking Soda to your laundry wash cycle your whites will be even brighter.
- Deodorize your waste baskets by sprinkling with some baking soda for a fresh smell.
Uses for YOUR BEAUTY ROUTINE
- Add baking soda to your face wash and massage gently, it will leave your skin feeling incredibly smooth and soft.
- For whiter brighter smile use baking soda to brush your teeth
- To lighten dark underarms, mix 1 tsp. of baking soda and coconut oil, scrub gently for a few minutes, then leave it on for 5-10 minutes before rinsing.
- Add 1 tsp. of baking soda to your shampoo as a dandruff remedy.
- For white nails add lemon juice to your baking soda, mix into a paste and brush the mixture onto your nails with a toothbrush, then rise off.
