The 12 Week "Secret" Transformation Fitness Challenge lasts for 12 weeks and is comprised of three four-week cycles.

  • Resistance band workouts

Equipment you'll need

  • Dumbbells - exercises requiring them will be labeled "DB"
  • Mini Resistance Bands

Recommendations

Stay away from processed foods, and sugars for the duration of the challenge

Make sure you're getting plenty of protein to help you stay strong and build all the lean muscle you need.
